1. Deposit for Pre-Ordered Orders: Upon confirmation of a pre-ordered commission, a 10% deposit is required. If the order is cancelled due to reasons other than our fault, the deposit will not be refunded.
2. Art-part payments: Normally you need to pay the half part(22.5% of the full amount for the art and rig commssion and 40% of the full amount for the art only commision) of the live2d art when you confirm the sketch update. And after we deliver the render verision of the work and you approve that, you need to pay the rest of the art part.
3. Rig-part payments: Normally you need to pay the half part(22.5% of the full amount for the art and rig commssion and 40% of the full amount for the rig only commision) of the live2d rigging when we start the work. And after we deliver a preview or W.I.P of the work and you approve that, you need to pay the rest of the rig part.
4. Commercial Use Fees: All Live2D works are priced for commercial use by default, including applications such as streaming or merchandise. No additional commercial fees are required.
5. Expedited Service(Rush Fee): If you require a faster turnaround time, an expedited service fee of 1.5 times the original cost will apply. Please inform us in advance if you need this option.
6. CMO3 File Access: By default, the Live2D Rig commission does not include the cmo3 file. If you wish to receive the cmo3 file, the final price will be 3 times the standard rate.
It is prohibited to request modifications after the artwork has been completed and confirmed.
1. Sketches can be modified up to 3 times.
2. Line art stage can be slightly modified up to 2
times (maybe not having this stage sometimes).
3. Rendering can be slightly modified up to 3
times.
(The "times" represent the count of valid feedback. For example, one question and one answer followed by modifying until satisfactory counts as one modification.)
If you feel our modifications don't meet your expectations, it won't reduce your available revision counts. Exceeding these limits will incur additional modification fees. If there are changes in the design requirements midway, extra modification fees may be charged based on the situation.
During the rigging phase, we provide limited work-in-progress updates. Once the rigging is completed, we'll send you a preview video for your review. After you confirm the preview, we'll deliver the Live2D model ready for import into VTube Studio software.
1. You can make 1 free modification after watching the model preview video.
2. After receiving the files, you can make 2 free modifications.
3. If modifications are required due to issues with the drawing, each adjustment will incur an additional modification fee (please refer to the explanation below).
The above two cases are both counted as consuming one revision.
The above conversation counts as three revisions in total.
If you require more revisions than initially agreed upon, additional fees may apply. To facilitate a smooth process, please provide as much detail as possible about your requirements at the outset.
If you decide to make changes to the commission requirements after work has begun, please notify us as soon as possible. This allows us to assess how the changes might affect the delivery timeline and costs.
We will inform you of any extra fees based on the additional work involved before proceeding.
1. Guaranteed Delivery Timeframe: The completion time for your commission may range from one to four months, depending on the artist's current workload, provided payments are received on time.
2. Work Period: Artists may operate on a waitlist basis. Once it's your turn, the actual work duration will be between 7 and 21 days. To avoid delays, please refrain from frequent status inquiries during this time. For an estimated timeline or delivery date, please contact us.
3. Rigging Method: We will select emotional expressions and body movements that suit your character. If you have any specific requests, please inform us in advance.
4. Final Payment and File Transfer: Please ensure that the final payment is confirmed before we deliver your files. Upon receipt of payment, the files will be promptly sent to you.
1. Copyright Ownership: Even after delivery, the copyright for the commissioned work remains with us, DG Studio.
2. Usage Rights: The quoted price for virtual anchor-related services by default includes commercial use, live broadcasting, and customization of any peripheral products for this image. We only retain the right to display and credit.
3. Promotional Display Rights: We reserve the right to use the completed work (with a watermark) for promotional purposes. If you prefer that we do not showcase the image, a copyright buyout fee of 1.5 to 2 times the total payment is required.
4. Reselling Your Art/Model: You may sell your art/model to others at your discretion; however, please refrain from offering it as a premade model for multiple sales.
Refunds for Live2D art commissions are based on the progress of the work:
Refunds for Live2D rig commissions are based on the progress of the work:
Refund requests should be made within a reasonable timeframe and are subject to approval based on the work status. Refund decisions are at the discretion of the service provider.
By making a purchase, you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder linked to the account. Refunds will not be granted for situations such as unauthorized purchases by minors. All purchasers are expected to have the legal capacity to make payments.
We are responsible for the Live2D Art and will send it to you for checking. Once confirmed, we will begin rigging. If there are any issues with the Live2D Art after rigging is completed that are caused by our Live2D Art, part of the modification fee due to this issue may be waived.
If you provide your own Live2D Art, we can identify serious segmentation issues (e.g., we can check if "the eyes are not separated," but we can't judge if "the hair pattern at the back is not good looking"). If you are a perfectionist, we recommend that you check the Live2D Art yourself first to see if there is any color out of bounds. If the rigging needs to be reworked due to problems with the Live2D Art itself, additional modification fees will be required.
After the rigging is completed, we will send a model preview video. Upon confirmation of receipt, we will send a a model file that can be imported into Vtube Studio software. We deliver using a cloud storage link (or email).
If you are accustomed to nitpicking on details (like pixel-level flaws) and prefer to propose modifications bit by bit rather than providing centralized feedback, please let us know in advance, as we may not be able to accept your order.
